Ultralight building

Aero - Service helps in assemble, mounting ultralight aeroplanes (on a basis of original technical doccumentation or a kit purchased by our customer). We use our experience with building, constructing UL and training(thousands of flight hours) to turn out the best designed, best built, best flying reliable version of UL in the sky.(For more information about Flying School, go to: www.aero-service.pl).









































But first of all we offer you the whole, ready to fly aeroplane. Furthermore we can make for you a test flight and all necessary registration procedures. While the basic design has remained the same, many significant improvements and reinforcements have been introduced over the years, because we know ultralights like no one else. The company made changes that every pilot will appreciate. It's hard to enumerate them, so we are introducing only the most important ones: our ultralights are the aeroplanes first and foremost for the trainee pilots. Their structure, parameters and flying qualities are designed in order to reduce errors, deliver satisfaction and joy of flight. .













The airdromes and airstrips in Poland are usually covered with grasses. This fact is very disadvantageous for an undercarriage of our aeroplane and for other mechanisms, as just as a hard touching - down on a concrete landing airstrip. Especially during the first solo flight we often make a lot of errors and our manoeuvres are not perfect. That is why Aero - Service has reinforced undercarriage and the structural components that are in a danger during the landing or other technical operations.












Important changes have been made under the main gear, nose gear and componenets of a power plant (In the first version they were located in a soft, non abrasion - resistant aluminium.) In our new, improved version they are located in special sleeves made of a modern teflon material, which is resistant to pressure, abrasion, surge and has an additional advantage - a lubricating ability. It is much more comfortable, because lubrication as a routine maintenance is not necessary.
The bearings of drives and controls are made of a special bearing bronze. The elements of a mechanical hazard have also been changed by the increasing of a sheet gauge, thickness of wearing - iron and squares or by reinceforment of their clamping. The next major change is that clamping of an engine mounting is much more stiffer than in original version.
















The clamping of safety belts has also been improved for maximum safety. Another new feature is introducing the string hinges of ailerons instead of the normal, elastic sheet. It makes applying and depressing aileron much easier. The main tank has also been replaced with two integral wing tanks(fuel capacity: 2*32 l). This solution has reduced the gross weight necessary to sling loading. The tanks are made of metal, have riveted joints and are glued by a special certified adhesive. Their smallnes and simplicity of structure make them easy to ferry - strip.(Fuel drain is very comfortable, as well as its purification or water removal from the fuel of poor quality.)
















Moreover, the cockpit is based on a top - ZODIAC - CH 601 XL. It is a lift cab(Skylark or Eurostar alike), not a tilt cab. It makes our cockpit more comfortable. We have designed our own spatial, four - partial control panel made of composite. The panels make assembly operations or ferry - strip very easy, especially when pilot wants to outfit his aeroplane with a transponder, computer, etc. The half -round tips of a tail plane and a rudder are made of composite, also.




















The covering of the control panel has also been changed. In our version it is fixed with bolts, not with rivets like in the original version. Consequently access to the instruments is easier. All composite components are made of durable and firm epoxide resin. We are building our aeroplanes using special fabrics and resins, only. We have improved the ergonomics and comfort of the cockpit, as well as tilt angles and seats' spacing.
These are only a few of many significant improvements that have been introduced over the years in order to make our products more attractive, more comfortable, more professional, safer and innovative, while the basic design has remained the same. Our solutions give pilots more satisfaction and a pure emotional joy of flight, while minimazing the operating cost. We are building aeroplanes with a passion!
